Ingredients A
- 1 whole chicken (cut into small pieces)
- 1 inch of ginger
- 2 cloves of garlics
- A pint of salt
Ingredients B
- 3 tea spoons of oil
- 10 onions (blend)
- 2 cloves of garlic (blend)
- 1/2 inch of ginger (blend)
- 4 lemon grass (blend)
- 400 ml of coconut milk
- sugar
- salt
1. Boil chicken with ingredients A for about 20 minutes
2. Fry all blended ingredients.
3. Add coconut milk, salt and sugar.
4. Stir until they become creamy.
5. Put the chicken in and leave for 5 minutes.
6. Roast the chicken for 20 minutes at 200 C.
7. Serve with the remaining gravy.
