Ingredients A

  • 1 whole chicken (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 inch of ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlics
  • A pint of salt

Ingredients B

  • 3 tea spoons of oil
  • 10 onions (blend)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (blend)
  • 1/2 inch of ginger (blend)
  • 4 lemon grass (blend)
  • 400 ml of coconut milk
  • sugar
  • salt

1. Boil chicken with ingredients A for about 20 minutes

2. Fry all blended ingredients.

3. Add coconut milk, salt and sugar.

4. Stir until they become creamy.

5. Put the chicken in and leave for 5 minutes.

6. Roast the chicken for 20 minutes at 200 C.

7. Serve with the remaining gravy.
