Salmon Celup TepungTrout selalunya hidup kat laut dan tasik tapi salmon kebanyakannye hidup kat laut je. Kalau tengok kaler isi, memang hampir sama… tapi bila tengok betul-betul, harga la pulak beza-beza. hehehe… sini trout lebih murah dari salmon. Kalau beli dalam unit ekor, kadang2 boleh dapat harga 6-7 euros jer per kilo :)

Cicahlah dengan sos cili kegemaran anda. Kalau ada sambal kicap pon best juge ;)

Deep Fried Trout Recipe

  • trout fillet-cut
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • garlic powder
  • Salt
  • ground black pepper
  • ground white pepper
  • fish stock powder/seasoning-optional
  • 1 egg lightly beaten (or milk)
  • oil
  1. In a bowl, mix corn flour, black pepper, white pepper, garlic powder, salt and seasoning.
  2. Sprinkle a bit of salt, white pepper, black pepper, garlic powder and salt on the fish. Mix them through.
  3. Heat up quite an amount of oil for the deep frying.
  4. Dip the fish in the beaten egg/milk and transfer them to the flour mixture. Coat the fish well with the flour mixture.
  5. Fry the fish in the hot oil until golden and crispy.
  6. Done :)

    Salam ijan! waaa..terus galmer ikan goreng tepung ni bila guna ikan trout eheheh…. tp kan kita ni kalau ikan2 payah sikit tp kalau sotong udang ke laju jer :D psst…kita dah wat kek batik ijan tp tak secantik ijan punyer huhuhu.. TAPI sedap ;-)

    sedap nya trout!! selalu nya i masak asam pedas guna trout sebab kurang bau dari salmon.
    kadang2 je la boleh merasa seabass or ikan kembung fresh kat market. :)
