Hari ni beraksi cendawan lagi sebab Mikael suka makan cendawan. :D

Cendawan ni kite bakar dalam oven. Lepas tu hidang dengan daun oregano dan carrot. Enak dimakan begitu saja atau boleh dicicah dengan sos kegemaran. Gabungan sundried tomatoes dengan breadcrumbs dan telur tu memang best. Boleh juga kalau nak tukar inti lain. Spinach dan feta cheese ke contohnye :)

Resipi Stuffed Mushroom-adapted from smittenkitchen.com

  • 6 medium size button mushroom, stems pulled out and finely chopped and caps reserved
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon sundried tomatoes, finely chopped-i used sundried tomatoes in olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • salt
  • black pepper and white pepper
  • olive oil
  1. Preheat oven to 200 C.
  2. Lay mushroom caps, stems removed, face down on baking sheet either lightly sprayed with cooking spray or parchment paper. Bake them approximately 10 minutes, or until their liquid puddles underneath.
  3. Remove from the oven. Carefully pour off liquid that has gathered in the bottom of the pan, and then again, carefully, turn mushroom caps over so they are ready to be filled.
  4. In a small skillet heat 2 tablespoon of olive oil and cook chopped mushrooms stems, shallots and garlic, stirring until shallots are softened.
  5. In a bowl stir together mushrooms mixture, bread crumbs, tomatoes, yolk, salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Mound stuffing in reserved mushroom caps and arrange caps in a lightly greased shallow baking dish, or the same parchment-lined pan you’ve roasted your mushrooms in.
  7. Lightly sprinkle some olive oil over the mushroom and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Ready to serve.

    Sedaplah tengok cendawan ni…Tapi kat mesia susah siket nak cari cendawan cam gini n harga pun boley tahan gak…..kena gi jusco baru boley jumpa…
