Kami belajar-belajar buat home made pizza. Tp kami takde bread maker, so cube cari resipi dough yang paling simple je

We tried this recipe from tastingtable.com utk dough. Memang senang dan roti pun lembut. Kami adjust sikit dari resipi asal
No-Knead Pizza Dough-adapted from tastingtable.com
- 3 cups all-purpose or bread flour, more for dusting
- ¼ teaspoon fresh yeast
- 1½ teaspoons salt
- 1½ cups warm water
- In a bowl, mix the yeast, sugar and warm water. Set aside for about 5 min until it becomes foamy.
- Mix flour, salt and yeast mixture in a large bowl and stir until blended (the dough will be very sticky). Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let rest for 12 to 24 hours in a warm spot, about 70°F (we also tried using it after 6 hours and the pizza still came out tasty)
- Stretch or toss the dough into the desired shape, cover with toppings and bake on top of a very hot pizza stone.

Waaaahhh ada pizza sini…bestnya…lama sungguh akak x buat..baru plan nk buat ni, abanglong n Najiha ada blk nih…hehee..x tau la mak diaorg ni sempat ke tak nak buat belaka2…hehee…xpun akak suh pi mintak sikit yg org Finland ni je lar…ada lg ke Ijan..? ^_^
Sementara akak anak beranak nak sampai sempat la kite uli doh baru,hehehe…. diorang balik cuti hujung minggu ek… mak nye kena kerje overtime le kat dapur.hehe

mak ai sedapnya.. jgn lupa buka restaurant bila balik Malaysia.. buka waktu malam, siang jadi lecturer , mlm jadi chef… atas kedai jadikan rumah
hahahaha… nanti saya hantar kad jemputan rasmi kat zeti okeh.hehehehe
alahai, dapur makcik dah lama tak dak asap, dapur ijan berkepul2 asap nye…bau piza sampai sini di bawak angin
hehehe… kite ni berkepul sekali sehari je makcik. kena kepul jugak takut kang kurus cekeding lak kami dua orang. hehhe
ini mcm tokei pizza hut pon nangih berguling-guling wooo….
