We have safely arrived at Malaysia on 19th July 2o12. Many thanks to our families for waiting at the airport and home. We are absolutely delighted to meet everyone again.
At the same time, we started to miss Kuopio very much too.
There are many things to be sorted out and arranged at this moment of time. The house, the child care, the work are among the hot topics
As it is now a fasting month, I would like to take this opportunity to wish Ramadhan Mubarak to all my Muslim friends and families. May His blessings always shine upon us.

As we reached the airport the other day, one of the books on the top shelf caught my eyes. I took one Majalah Wanita of August edition and immediately jumped into the recipes section. The above picture was what I found!
Thank you very much to Puan Mastura, Puan Normala and all the crew members of Majalah Wanita for giving us the opportunity to share some more recipes this time. Blogresipi came up with 4 new cookies recipes especially for the coming Hari Raya. You can find more recipes and pictures by buying the August 2012 edition of the magazine!
Allow me to share the recipe of Biskut Sitrus Bercoklat today at Blogresipi

Resipi Biskut Sitrus Bercoklat
- 130 gram butter
- 140 gram gula
- Parutan kulit dari 1 biji limau nipis
- Jus dari 1 biji limau nipis
- 1 sudu kecil esen vanilla
- 200 gram tepung gandum
- 1/2 sudu kecil baking soda
- 1/2 sudu kecil baking powder
- 1/2 sudu kecil garam
- 50 gram coklat chips putih
- 1 sudu besar susu segar
- Panaskan oven kepada suhu 180°C.
- Pukul sehingga kembang butter dan gula di dalam mangkuk adunan. Masukkan parutan kulit limau nipis, jus limau nipis dan esen vanilla.
- Di dalam mangkuk lain, ayak bersama tepung gandum, baking soda, baking powder dan garam. Masukkan campuran ini ke dalam adunan butter dan gula tadi. Gaul sebati.
- Tambahkan susu dan coklat chips, dan gaul adunan sehingga rata.
- Ambil 1 1/2 – 2 sudu besar adunan, bulatkan dan leperkan sedikit di atas telapak tangan. Susun di atas dulang yang dilapik dengan kertas pembakar. Jarak kan sedikit di antara setiap biskut.
- Bakar selama 12-14 minit sehingga warna nya bertukar keperangan.
