Resipi Mee Bandung Muar

By : Sabrina
Bahan-bahan untuk kuah:

5 ~ 6 ulas bawang merah (dimesin)
3 ulas bawang puteh (dimesin)
10 tangkai cili kering ~ dipotong & rebus hingga lembut (dimesin/kite guna chilli paste)
segenggam kacang tanah ~ digoreng dan dimesin halus
1 paket udang kering (2 1/2 sudu besar) ~ dimesin bersama kacang tanah
300 gram daging ~ potong nipis
sedikit udang fresh (nieza tambah)
4 biji telur
2 sudu sos tomato
4 sudu sos cili
Sedikit minyak masak ~ utk menumis
Garam secukup rasa
2 sudu besar gula
air secukupnya (jangan terlalu banyak, nanti kuah jadi cair, tak sedap pula)
1 ikat sawi ~ dicelur
2 bungkus mee kuning ~ dicelur
limau kasturi ~ optional
daun sup ~ optional
tauhu goreng ~ optional
bawang goreng ~ optional
Bahan-bahan untuk cili jeruk
3 tangkai cili merah ~ dihiris tebal
3 tangkai cili hijau ~ dihiris tebal
1 sudu cuka
Biarkan sehingga telur masak.
8. Setelah telur masak, masukkan kembali daging yang dikeluarkan tadi.
Nota Sabrina: ** Sab buat macam ni supaya telur tu tak bercampur dengan daging, nanti buruk rupanya.. hehehe

Lepas bakar tabur bijan, jadi la ayam bakar bijan. hehehe :D

Time kasih la kat Mikael sebab susah payah ke hulu ke hilir jaga ‘adik’ masa mama masak. Habis keliling dapur dibawaknye adik merempit :D

P.s maaf ye buat kawan2 sebab lama tak sempat nak blogwalking. Nanti kite pinjam motor Mikael pegi rempit rumah awak2 ye.. :D

  • 4 sb kicap manis pekat
  • 4 sb sos tiram
  • 2 sb madu
  • 2 sb minyak bijan
  • sedikit garam

  6. Setelah masak, tabur bijan di atas ayam tadi. Siap.

Intro

The last time we bought a laptop was 2008 and it was Compaq Presario V3500. The laptop is great, but as the age is finally catching up with our Compaq, the battery was not as good as new one anymore and the laptop tends to get a bit hotter. But everything else still seems to work accordingly and reliable. So we decided that it was about time to upgrade for a new laptop. Searching for a new one was a difficult task as there are plenty of laptops in the market but finally we decided to buy Lenovo Thinkpad X220.

As our rule of thumbs, if you want to buy a laptop consider 5 factors, lightweight, long battery hour, good screen, great keyboard and heat. In our opinion, Thinkpad X220 has it all so that’s why we choose this laptop.

Size

Thinkpad X220 has a small form factor. It has 12.5 inch screen and the weight is less than 1.5kg. The size is similar to an A4 size paper.

Battery

It has 6 cell battery and we could do office work and surfing internet for about 6 hours. Yes, 6 hours.  You can get 9 hours and more if you get a 9 cell battery but we think 6 cell battery is the best option for design, money and value.

Screen

It has matte screen. That’s mean no significant shadow and gloss while viewing it. U can’t see your face on the screen and it does not attract finger print easily. The body also have matte surface as well and you really feel that it is built from high quality materials. It also got a no non-sense look so it is good as a business laptop for a “serious” person like us. ;)

Keyboard

The laptop comes with legendary Thinkpad keyboard. It has full size keyboard so your fingers can type everything easily and not often mistype the key. It also has trackpoint with cool red cap, kind of trademark of ThinkPad laptops. The only problem is FN and CTRL key are not in the usual position but we don’t think it really bothers us so much.

Heat

Heat dissipation is great on this laptop. You don’t really feel the heat on your lap and the laptop stays cool for a long time.

Software

The laptop comes with Windows 7 Home Premium, Microsoft Office 2010 and Think Vantage Suite. We already installed Microsoft Security Essentials as the antivirus, RefWorks and Photoscape. Photoscape is a must especially for editing all Blogresipi and MIKA Perfumes pictures. :D

Where to Buy

You can buy it from the nearest Lenovo Reseller in Malaysia. We bought it from United States as the price for this laptop is quite expensive in Finland.

Conclusion

We really recommend this laptop for everyone especially if you are a student, teacher, businessman or blogger.
